Please join us for CLA’s annual summer reading workshop, which will bring library staff together for conversation and presentations on:

  • trends in summer reading and learning for all ages;
  • presenting child-directed, exploratory experiences;
  • reaching underserved community members;
  • developing innovative new programs and partnerships;
  • conducting program evaluation;
  • and using California’s Summer @ Your Library quality principles and indicators to improve your program.

We hope you can join us for an afternoon of everything summer!

This popular event typically fills up, so register soon to avoid disappointment.  The workshop is free but registration is required.  CLA conference attendance is not required in order to attend this preconference workshop.
