Please remember to submit your summer reading outcomes and outreach results to Summer @ Your Library project staff. We use your data to demonstrate to funders and stakeholders the value and importance of California’s public library summer programs, to improve the support we provide to summer programs, and to meet our state and federal reporting requirements.
Online surveys
If you plan to distribute your survey electronically, Summer @ Your Library project staff will provide you with a link to a Survey Monkey survey that you can either make available on library computers or send out to patrons. Surveys will include: (a) Summer @ Your Library outcomes questions; (b) options for respondents to report which branch they visited; and (c) up to three questions of your choice (project staff can help you design these questions). Survey responses will come directly to project staff who will collate it and send you a report of your data.
Paper surveys
If you plan to use paper surveys to collect all or some of your data, please contact Summer @ Your Library project staff for a link to a Survey Monkey survey that you can use to input and submit your data.
